Alternate Transportation Options<\/h1><\/div>

In an effort to increase transportation and mobility options for eligible seniors, persons with disabilities, and low-income residents, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) developed the Community Mobility Project as a reimbursement program to match eligible transportation expense for non-profit 501 (c) (3) organizations.<\/p>\n

The following organizations have partnered with the RTC to participate in the Community Mobility Project (CMP) project.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the RTC. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with the RTC within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
