The rideRTC app<\/a> makes it easy to buy your passes from your phone.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\t- Download the app and set up an account<\/li>\r\n\t
- Click on the “Profile” button under the “Utilities” menu in the upper right-hand corner<\/li>\r\n\t
- Next, click on the “My Discounts” button<\/li>\r\n\t
- Enter a Reduced Pass ID number, which can be found on your Reduced Fare ID card.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
If you do not have a Reduced Fare ID card, you will need to apply for one. See details below.<\/p>\r\n
Reduced fares are also available for purchase with the Transit<\/a> or Uber<\/a> app.<\/p>\r\nThere are three steps customers with Reduced Fare I.D., Veterans I.D. and Mobility Trained I.D. will need to follow when boarding. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\t- First, show the transit operator the RTC-issued I.D. card to prove eligibility for the reduced fare rate. \u00a0<\/li>\r\n\t
