Ste.350<br \/>\nLas Vegas, NV 89106<br \/>\nAttn: VMTN Customer Service<\/p>\n<p>Or, email the required documents to: <a href=\"mailto:VMTN@rtcsnv.com\">VMTN@rtcsnv.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This registration process is to sign up to participate in the Veterans\u2019s Medical Transportation Network, both the VMTN Paratransit program and the VMTN Fixed Route Program.\u00a0 Clients who wish to participate in the VMTN Paratransit service must obtain, or keep current, their certification status to utilize RTC ADA Paratransit service.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Becoming fully eligible to utilize VMTN transportation may take up to a few weeks, or more, depending on the program selected, and your fulfillment of the program requirements.<\/p>\n<p>For questions regarding the registration process,\u00a0call the Veterans Medical Transportation Network Call Center Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays) between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. at\u00a0 (702) 678-VETS (8387), or send your email inquires to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:VMTN@rtcsnv.com\">VMTN@rtcsnv.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Applications will be processed when all required documents have been received by the RTC.<\/p>\n<p>***Please note: VMTN Paratransit transportation service is intended for transportation to and from VA approved medical appointments only. Unauthorized use of VMTN transportation services may result in suspension or termination of services offered.\u00a0 RTC staff reserves the right to make the final determination regarding what qualifies as a valid medical use of this service. This is a shared-ride service.
