Registration may be submitted to the RTC through US Mail, email, or online at RTCSNV.com, and does not require an in-person interview. If you are entitled to receive Veterans health care services you may enroll in the VMTN program.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To register online, please complete the following form and upload required documentation, then click \u201csubmit.\u201d\u00a0 During the online registration process you will upload your required documentation.\u00a0 Or, you may download and print a VMTN Registration<\/a>\u00a0form to mail or email in to the RTC, along with identification documentation requirements.<\/p>\n
