\nYou are required to complete and submit the form below (please select \u201cSignal Timing Modification\u201d) when your work zone is within 300 ft. of a signalized intersection or when specified on your approved temporary traffic control permit (TTCP) issued by the permitting agency. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>

You will receive an automated response at the e-mail address provided confirming that your notification form has been received. The permitting agency will contact the person listed by phone or e-mail within two working days of receipt of the form to schedule and coordinate the necessary signal-timing modifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, notification is required at the completion of the work when all travel lanes are open and free from restrictions. Please complete and submit the form below (check Work Zone Completed) within 24 hours of the lane(s) being opened to public travel.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
