March is National Women\u2019s History Month, a month-long celebration designated in 1987 by the U.S. Congress in recognition of women\u2019s accomplishments throughout history.<\/p>\r\n
We\u2019re kicking off the month, and National Women in Construction Week, by highlighting RGD Construction founder and CEO Dawn Barnes. Dawn has defied odds and made a name for herself in what is typically considered a male-dominated industry.<\/p>\r\n
RGD Construction launched 5 years ago and just last year was named the winner of the annual Las Vegas Raiders Small Business Showcase<\/a>. This award grants small businesses in Nevada a chance at a single-season sponsorship agreement with the Raiders.<\/p>\r\n Dawn\u2019s future continues to shine brightly as RGD Construction recently became RiSE certified!
