Still looking for New Year\u2019s Eve plans? The RTC has you covered. We\u2019ve compiled a list of local community events on Saturday, December 31 to make sure you can ring in 2023 with great memories.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Whether you\u2019re traveling near home or heading Downtown, free public transit rides are available for everyone from 6 p.m. on New Year\u2019s Eve to 9 a.m. on New Year\u2019s Day<\/strong>. Let us be your safe ride home.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Before you travel, visit rtcsnv.com\/newyears<\/a> to plan for service detours beginning at 11:30 a.m. on New Year\u2019s eve.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Family-Friendly Events<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

For the early birds looking to have the little ones join in on the NYE fun, we found some local events that will have your kiddos in bed well before the clock strikes midnight.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Town Square \u2013 Noon Year\u2019s Eve<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Getting there: Hop on Deuce on the Strip<\/a> to the Town\u2019s Square<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Family-friendly festivities at Town Square Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Lion Habitat Ranch \u2013 Noon Year\u2019s Eve<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Join Ozzie the Giraffe and his friends to welcome 2023 at the Lion Habitat RanchFrom 11 a.m. to to 3 p.m. Kids can participate on a scavenger hunt while learning about how they can help wildlife.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

LVCCLD New Year\u2019s at Noon<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\r\n

For the night owls heading out on the town, keep in mind that all public transit will be free starting at 6 p.m. on New Year\u2019s Eve until 9 a.m. on New Year\u2019s Day. Choose the safe route this New Year and let us be your ride home.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
