Temporary outage to active traffic management signs on I-15 SB from Flamingo to Russell due to construction, Monday, Sept. 19 through Thursday, Sept. 22. <\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>LAS VEGAS \u2013 <\/strong>As part of the I-15 Tropicana project, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\/\">the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dot.nv.gov\/\">Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT)<\/a> will be relocating a cable line on Interstate 15 southbound near Flamingo Road. This will require a temporary outage of the active traffic management signs on I-15 southbound from Flamingo Road to Russell Road starting at 5 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 19 through Thursday, Sept. 22.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The RTC and NDOT encourage commuters traveling southbound on I-15 to plan their commutes by checking ahead of time for traffic and following posted speed limits.
