The RTC\u2019s Traffic Management Center Team (also known as FAST) works around the clock to keep millions of Southern Nevadans and tourists moving, daily. Whether it\u2019s managing traffic during rush hour or overseeing a traffic collision, the team does it all while also ensuring everyone\u2019s safety\u2014drivers, transit riders, cyclists and pedestrians alike! But the traffic management team does more than meets the eye. We tagged along with the traffic engineering and communications systems teams to get a behind-the-scenes look at how both groups work together to monitor and control traffic at the office and on the road.<\/p>\r\n
