It would be hard to miss the Life is Beautiful permanent installs, four-story building colorful murals or even the hidden wall art in alley ways, sprinkled throughout the 136 sq. miles.<\/p>\r\n<p>What better way to see all of the local art than on a bike?<\/p>\r\n<p>Take the RTC Bike Share <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/embed?mid=1JsNc1CRWiutUpLLMibsDPX6Eh2f3y_6U&amp;ll=36.16107321611824%2C-115.14571775000002&amp;z=15\">self-guided tour<\/a> to check out the works of Agostino Lacurci, Keya Tama, Pretty Done, Snipt, Brett Rosepiler, and more downtown Las Vegas artists. Landscape ni1, Found Again, and Pretty Funk Alley are new pieces brought by way of September\u2019s Life is Beautiful festival. Iacurci\u2019s practice embraces a wide range of media, including painting, sculpture, drawing, and installation. He creates immersive spaces to transform the perception of given environments.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Found Again by Keya Tama<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>Ogden between 7<sup>th<\/sup>&amp; 8<sup>th<\/sup><\/em><br \/>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.keyatama.com\/bio\">Keya Tama<\/a> Is a South African artist based in Los Angeles. He has painted murals and presented in galleries around the world since the age of thirteen. His style can be described as &#8220;ancient contemporary minimalism&#8221; as his work aims to reunite old and new through contrasting yet unified iconography.\u00a0<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Pretty Funk Alley by Pretty Done<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>Entrances to alley from both Fremont and Ogden between 7<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 8<sup>th<\/sup><\/em><br \/>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/prettydone\/\">Pretty Done<\/a>is a creative art brand that is based in abstract freestyle pop art. Hand-drawn characters, fonts, and design patterns are processed with creative color combinations, bold lines, and imaginary imagery. The artwork is based in positive energy, fun meaningful messages, and abstract youthfulness which represents a unique universal language of ideas.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>DTalley<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>Entrance to alley from Carson between 6<sup>th <\/sup>&amp;\u00a0 7<sup>th<\/sup><\/em><br \/>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/dtalley.vegas\/about-us\/\">dT-Alley Community Coalition, Inc<\/a>., is a Nevada Non-Profit Corporation (\u201cThe DCC\u201d) dedicated to the beautification of the Downtown Las Vegas Alley located between Fremont\/Carson and LVB\/6th Street. This community space incorporates art and interactivity for locals and visitors through the use of murals, sculptures, innovative landscaping, and multiple interactive \u201cmoments\u201d all of which provide a beautiful space in an otherwise under-utilized area.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Jean-Michel Basquiat &amp; Dennis Hopper Murals by SNIPT<\/strong>, <em>shareDowntown<\/em><br \/>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sniptlv.com\/about\">Derek Douglas<\/a>, known professionally as SNIPT, is a Las Vegas based artist who has become best known for creating mixed media pop art mashups. Having showcased his artwork across the United States since 2013, the body of work created by SNIPT has included mural installations for corporate clients, convention exhibits, interactive music festival installations, and inclusion in several gallery exhibits in both solo and group formats.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>MF DOOM Mural by Brett Rosepiler<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>Main &amp; Colorado<\/em><br \/>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/brettrosepiler\/\">Brett Rosepiler<\/a> is a Las Vegas native artist who has been tattooing since 2005. Brett paid homage to the late MF DOOM with this mural after his passing in October 2020.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Share your bike share route photos on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rtcsnv\">Facebook<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/rtcsnv\/\">Instagram<\/a>, or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rtcsnv\">Twitter<\/a>\u00a0using the hashtag\u00a0<strong>#RTCBIKE5<\/strong>\u00a0and include\u00a0<strong>@RTCSN<\/strong><strong>V<\/strong> for a weekly chance to win an RTC Bike Share Jabba Bluetooth speaker.
