So, whether you\u2019re heading out on a family adventure, sightseeing, running errands or commuting to work, it\u2019s easy to ride RTC buses when you plan ahead with a few helpful tips and use of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\/ways-to-travel\/how-to-ride\/ridertc-app\/\">rideRTC app<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strollers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind you will be required to collapse your stroller while on board. We recommend using a folding \u201cumbrella\u201d style stroller, which is light, compactable, and easily stowed. When boarding the bus, you may ask the operator to deploy the ramp or lift. Once on board, you must collapse and stow away the stroller so that is does not block the aisle. You are welcome to sit in priority seating, but if a disabled passenger boards, passengers with strollers must be prepared to move. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shopping Carts <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shopping carts or any type of equipment used to assist with transporting packages, groceries, clothing or other items are allowed on a limited basis. Carts can be no larger than 28.5 inches high by 12 inches deep by 15.5 inches wide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skateboards and Scooters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re planning on taking your skateboard or stand-up scooter on the bus, here are a few things to keep in mind. It goes without saying, but safety first and be courteous of your fellow passengers. Always keep your skateboard or stand-up scooter in its most compact shape when aboard a bus.
