The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for transportation planning and funding in Clark County, is seeking public comments on the 2017-2040 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Amendment. The amendment updates the 2017-2020 High Priority Investment Program (HPIP) by adding two federal fiscal years (FFY) and aligning it with the 2019-2022 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).\u00a0 The amendment also adds the Maryland Parkway project and funds to the Club Ride Program project listed below. \u00a0RTC has determined that the addition of these projects to the RTP do not adversely impact air quality conformity.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\r\n
