{"id":6774,"date":"2021-07-01T11:04:08","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T18:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\/news\/?p=6774"},"modified":"2021-07-01T11:49:35","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T18:49:35","slug":"back-to-school-vaccine-clinics-set-for-july-at-local-malls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rtc.staging.snvhost.net\/news\/back-to-school-vaccine-clinics-set-for-july-at-local-malls\/","title":{"rendered":"Back to school vaccine clinics set for July at local malls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Guest written\u00a0by Nadia Basich, Senior Community Relations Specialist, Cox Communications<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>Cox Communications, in partnership with Immunize Nevada, a local nonprofit focused on improving our community\u2019s health, is pleased to offer local families of school-aged children the opportunity to receive free school-required vaccines at two clinics in July:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Meadows Mall \u2013 Saturday, July 10, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Boulevard Mall \u2013 Saturday, July 17, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Medical professionals from FirstMed Health and Wellness Center and Smith\u2019s Pharmacy will administer vaccines required for students attending Clark County School District schools.<\/p>\r\n<p>Families with health insurance should bring their insurance cards, but no family will be turned away. Vaccines will be administered at no cost for families who don\u2019t have health insurance or are covered only by Medicaid.<\/p>\r\n<p>Appointments are encouraged and can be secured by visiting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coxbacktoschoolfair.com\">coxbacktoschoolfair.com<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Both Meadows Mall and Boulevard Mall are easily accessible by local transit.
