\u00a0RTC debuts on-demand rideshare service on Las Vegas Strip with no surge pricing\u2026 ever!\u00a0<\/strong> LAS VEGAS<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is excited to offer a new affordable way to travel along the Las Vegas Strip and downtown Las Vegas area \u2013 Trip to Strip. The on-demand rideshare service is a convenient option, especially for tourists traveling for conventions, birthday and bacherlor(ette) parties who want to ride in style in limousine-style interior without paying premium prices.<\/p>\n The service area covers the Las Vegas Strip between McCarran International Airport and Sahara Avenue, including the Las Vegas Convention Center with plans to expand to downtown Las Vegas and south to the M Resort in the near future. Pickups and drop-offs are at the nearest RTC fixed route or paratransit stop, most of which are located near property entrances, and the zero level of McCarran International Airport.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div> \u201cTrip to Strip is designed as an extension of our transit service on the Las Vegas Strip but we do things Vegas-style,\u201d said RTC CEO Tina Quigley. \u201cWe know travel preferences are changing, and our tourists are looking for new mobility options.
