Awardees receive a special recognition during the monthly RTC board meetings. In March 2021, we had the pleasure of recognizing two contractors whose accolades are particularly unique and outstanding.<\/p>\r\n<p>MV Transportation operator Deborah Travis has been driving RTC coaches for an impressive 27 years. One day while on the job, he noticed two young woman in distress being followed by a suspicious man in a van.
