While the 39<sup>th<\/sup> annual MLK Day parade will not be held in person, the RTC will be participating in this year\u2019s virtual celebration in support of our amazing community and in partnership with the MLK Committee of Las Vegas, the organization that puts together the parade. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>We caught up with parade founder, Wendell P.
