In fact, according to a recently launched campaign 80- percent of pedestrian fatalities occur from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\/news\/dusk-2-dawn-rtc-joins-community-partners-to-launch-pedestrian-safety-campaign\/\">Dusk 2 Dawn<\/a>.
