While focusing on the many benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, this exhibit offers hands-on and collaborative activities that teach young children just how important it is to stay active and healthy. \u201cThe Action Star Training Area\u201d is where guests will gear up to experience four adventure scenes. Ride the waves with life-like surfing, shred down snowy planes while snowboarding, learn Kung Fu and play in the toddler area. All of the activities are aimed towards specific physical challenges such as balance, strength, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Throughout the exhibit, visitors will learn simple and easy ways to fit everyday fitness activities into their daily routines.<\/p>\r\n
