We\u2019re continuing to celebrate and shine a spotlight on RTC\u2019s female leaders throughout Women\u2019s History Month. Traditionally, women are underrepresented in transportation. At the RTC, we have several powerhouse females who\u2019ve risen to the top of their fields. Let\u2019s meet the ladies who lead public transit, paratransit, specialized services, and human resources at the RTC.<\/p>\n

Sabrina Glenn<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"Sabrina Glenn is the senior director of transit services for the RTC, where she is responsible for the daily operations of fixed route and microtransit transportation services. She is a transit industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience. Since joining the RTC, she has played an essential role in transitioning the agency\u2019s two transit contractors into one, which is the largest fixed-route service contract in the nation.<\/p>\n

A graduate of the University of North Carolina with a bachelor of science in business administration, Glenn holds numerous advanced professional certificates and is active in industry associations.<\/p>\n

Antonette Braddock<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"Antonette Braddock is the senior director of paratransit and specialized services, leading a diverse range of departments including Paratransit and Specialized Services, Certification, Customer Care, and Mobility Training and overseeing the agency\u2019s paratransit provider.<\/p>\n

Braddock has developed specialized programs to service Southern Nevada\u2019s most venerable residents including paratransit, seniors, and veterans, including Ride On-Demand and the RTC\u2019s microtransit project, RTC-OnDemand.<\/p>\n

She is the immediate past president of WTS (Women in Transportation Seminar) Nevada, serves on the WTS Foundations Scholarship Committee, and is a board member of Blindconnect, an organization that provides life skills training, and employment training and has peer support programs for Nevadans affected by vision loss.<\/p>\n

Dachresha Harris<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"Dachresha Harris is the senior director of human resources, where she specializes in organizational development, employee engagement, talent acquisition and labor. She provides direct oversight of employee\/labor relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning, reward and recognition, talent acquisition, employee services, leave administration, employee communication, and federal labor law and collective bargaining agreement negotiations and compliance. Harris is skilled in building partnerships and providing strategic advice and recommendations for operational leaders.<\/p>\n

Harris has served as a board member at large since 2017 for the Nevada Public Employee Labor Relations Association, a resource for public-sector labor relations and human resources professionals.
