However, women make up less than 15 percent of all transportation workers, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/transweb.sjsu.edu\/press\/Women-Marching-Top-Transportation-Industry\">2019 report<\/a> from the Mineta Transportation Institute.<\/p>\n<p>At the RTC, we are proud to say that women constitute nearly 50 percent of staff.
