The plan includes projects like pedestrian and bicycle improvements, enhancements to our transit system, roadway capacity improvements, and highway upgrades.<\/p>\n<p>Through Sunday, March 31, the community is invited to visit the Let\u2019s Go 2050 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\/projects-initiatives\/regional-transportation-plan-2050\/?highlight=2024\">Virtual Public Meeting<\/a> page at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\/letsgo2050\">rtcsnv.com\/letsgo2050<\/a> to take a short survey. Participants who complete the survey will be entered in a raffle to win one of two $100 Visa gift cards that will be awarded following the close of the survey.<\/p>\n<p>The results of this survey and the input received will be considered when determining what updates are made to the long-range regional transportation plan for the next 25 years. The RTC believes it\u2019s important to accurately reflect the region&#8217;s needs, as well as the community\u2019s desired vision for the future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParticipation from residents throughout the region is critically important as we map the vision for the future of transportation throughout Southern Nevada,\u201d said RTC Chief Executive Officer M.J. Maynard. \u201cWe want to hear from anyone who walks, rolls, rides transit, or drives in Southern Nevada. We like to know what works and what doesn\u2019t and ensure we plan for a future that reflects our community\u2019s wants and needs, all while keeping pace with growth.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Participants are invited to provide comments on proposed transportation investments and the draft plan as the process continues throughout the year.
