The TIP document reflects the transportation improvement priorities in the first five years of the RTP. Federal regulations require the RTP and TIP to be amended when there are major adjustments to program elements. Project sponsors requested this amendment to modify existing projects and funds.<\/p>\n<p>RTC has determined that the changes requested by the project sponsors to the RTP meet air quality requirements. Project details and the air quality conformity determination will be available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rtcsnv.com\">www.rtcsnv.com<\/a> during a 30-day public comment period from Friday, October 20, 2023, to Saturday, November 18, 2023.
