The TIP document reflects the transportation improvement priorities in the first five years of the RTP. Federal regulations require the RTP and TIP to be amended when there are major adjustments to program elements. Project sponsors requested this amendment to add new projects and modify existing projects and funds.<\/p>\n<p>This amendment is consistent with the RTP and does not impact air quality conformity.
