Are you celebrating America’s birthday here in Southern Nevada? The RTC can help you get to any free family-friendly events throughout the valley! As a reminder, Service Change is scheduled on Saturday, July 1, 2023. During the 4th of July holiday, service will operate on a SATURDAY schedule.
This year, plenty of free events are happening around town that are all accessible using transit!
Returning this year is Henderson’s annual celebration at Heritage Park. The free event offers live entertainment and family fun followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. Route 217 Warm Springs/Lake Mead Parkway will get you to all the festivities.
Check out the 75th annual Boulder City Damboree offering a full day of fun including a parade at 9 a.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m. Route 221 Cactus/Horizon Ridge/Boulder City will get you there!
And the annual Summerlin Patriotic Parade begins at 8:30 a.m. at the corner of Hills Center Drive & Hillpointe Rd. Route 210 Lake Mead is just a short walk away.
