RTC will #BikeThere all month long during National Bike Month. In partnership with Bicycle Transit Systems and Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition, we are encouraging the community to get rolling on two wheels and join us in promoting multi-modal transportation! For the entire month of May, RTC Bike Share is offering FREE 15-day Explorer passes to everyone using promo code BIKEMONTH22 at bikeshare.rtcsnv.com.

- Activation at First Friday
Friday, May 6 from 6 to 9 p.m.
A celebration of art, culture, and vision, First Friday is the perfect destination for decorating your bicycle to show off your personal creativity. Meet RTC Bike Share operator Bicycle Transit Systems (BTS), learn more about bike share and pick up a free bike helmet!
- Ride Safe Bike Safety and Maintenance
Sunday, May 22 from 8 to 10 a.m. in Henderson
To help the community stay safe and keep their bicycles in riding condition all year long, RTC is partnering with Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition (SNVBC) to host a Ride Safe Bike Safety and Maintenance event on Sunday, May 22, at Trek Bikes in Henderson. Space is limited to the first 25 participants. Register here.
- Community Bike Ride
Friday, May 13 from 5 to 6 p.m.
Join RTC Bike Share for a group ride through downtown Las Vegas! Riders will meet at Fremont Street to depart no later than 5:15 pm. No helmet? No problem! RTC Bike Share will have helmets available for those who need them.
The ride will be approximately one hour with stops along the way to enjoy local art and shops! The ride is limited to the first 20 riders that are active RTC Bike Share customers. Register here.
- New Bike Share Station
Monday, May 23 at 10 a.m.
In partnership with the Southern Nevada Health District and Bicycle Transit Systems, we will be unveiling a new RTC Bike Share station that combines the flexibility and streamlined infrastructure that cities and riders want, with more energy savings. The new station will be located on Martin Luther King Blvd and Alta Drive.
- Bike to Work Week
Monday, May 16 – Friday, May 20
The RTC’s Club Ride program will reward one lucky biker a $50 Walmart gift card. All you have to do is take a picture riding a bike to work or college anytime during Bike Month, report your bike commute to ClubRideLV.com and post it on social media tagging:
