Note:
\nIn support of the RTC\u2019s sustainability efforts to reduce paper costs, mailing costs and reduce project time, the RTC is using an electronic signature process called DocuSign. Suppliers \u00a0who need to sign contracts or amendments will receive an email notification from DocuSign that a document is in need of their review and signature. After clicking on \u201cReview Document\u201d signature authorities will need to follow the simple instructions to electronically sign the document.
